Customer Requirement

Customer A, a global pioneer in spatial intelligence, produces drone systems, handheld imaging devices and educational robots. Their R&D team needed a compact test rack to validate flight-control PCBA functions: PWM control verification (motor speed&servo angle),Digital I/O checks (telemetry and on/off signals),Individual ESC-branch current measurement.The conventional setup—bench DMMs plus standalone digital-I/Omodules—took too much space and was difficult to integrate.

Case 2 – Power-Supply Validation for eVTOL Flight-Control Mainboard

Customer Requirement

Customer B, Asia’s largest flying-car company and a global top-tier eVTOL OEM, is developing smart electric aerial vehicles for personal transport.

During R&D they need to verify the flight-control mainboard’s behavior under wide-range DC inputs: over-voltage, under-voltage anddrop conditions. The test bench must deliver high accuracy, easy integration and rich sequencing features.

Case 3 – High-Efficiency Test of “3-Electric” Systems for Fixed-Wing UAVs

Customer C is China’s top developer of smart fixed-wing UAVs, deployed in emergency rescue, weather services, wide-area patrol and air-cargo transport.

Battery, motor-controller and on-board power units directly determine flight endurance and safety. To meet customer requirements, NGI offers the N35500 and N35100 series of high-performance bidirectional programmable DC power supplies. These units support testing across the full power range from kilowatts to tens of kilowatts, enabling evaluation of products such as UAV motor controllers, batteries, onboard chargers (OBCs), DC/DC converters, and power distribution units (PDUs).
