Main test items
Durability test, pulse (surge) current impact test, relay control signal test, analog/digital signal input test, high-side/low-side drive test, CAN/LIN communication test, dimming motor output test, etc.
Use our high-power DC power supply and multi-channel electronic load to power the distribution circuit to simulate the real operating environment, and perform durability test and pulse (surge) current impact test on the internal circuit of the electrical box; use the relay card to control the opening and closing of the relay channel, realize various timing switch tests of the internal relay of the electrical box, and high-side and low-side drive tests, and detect the corresponding voltage values; use the data acquisition card to realize voltage acquisition of key channels and detect whether their output values are normal; use the communication card to realize DUT communication transmission and reception; use the PLIN-USB adapter to realize LIN communication test of the electrical box to check whether its data interaction is normal.
