NGI Energy Storage BMS Solution Test Application
In the past six months, we have served a well-known new energy power research and development and production company A. Through this case, we will illustrate the characteristics and advantages of our NGI solution in BMS testing. The test requirements of this company we cooperated with were to conduct battery cell voltage acquisition and temperature acquisition tests on the energy storage BMS. The test solution they initially chose was a conventional solution that used a combination of real batteries and sliding rheostats for testing. In fact, they were very dissatisfied with the test process and the final test results. This test method has obvious problems, namely low test accuracy, low test safety, low test efficiency, and poor consistency. The BMS test solution we provided to customers has successfully received the project inspection.
● NGI Solution
For the test project of single cell voltage acquisition, we used a multi-channel high-precision battery simulator. Compared with real batteries, its advantages are safety, reliability, good consistency, and high efficiency.
Safe and reliable: The test equipment has built-in short-circuit and over-voltage protection circuits to ensure the safety of the object under test and the test system.
High consistency: Parameters can be set with one-click synchronization to ensure the consistency of each channel test.
● High efficiency
CAN/LAN/RS232 communication interface is standard, supporting PC software communication control, effectively improving test efficiency.
For the temperature acquisition test project, we use a high-precision programmable resistor card. Compared with the sliding rheostat, its advantages are higher precision and higher efficiency.
● High precision
Resistance accuracy 0.1%, resolution up to 1Ω.
High efficiency: CAN/LAN communication interface is standard, supporting PC software communication control, effectively improving test efficiency.
